- Lead a toddler classroom with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities and routines
- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children’s social-emotional growth, language development, and independence
- Maintain strong classroom management and smooth daily transitions
- Communicate effectively with families, coworkers, and leadership
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, classroom procedures, and company standards
- Mentor and support assistant teachers as needed within the classroom
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least a GED or high school diploma
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a formal childcare setting
- Must be available to work full-time hours between 6:30 AM and 5:45 PM
- Must have a strong work ethic and be dependable
- Must be an enthusiastic team player
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to see and hear children at all times
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, lift, and move actively throughout the day, including for extended periods of time
